NWA-ORC & NWA Kleine Projecten call opened
The new NWA-ORC round is now online. Apply through this link. You can apply for an interdisciplinary science project, starting with uploading you initiative (a rough draft of your idea, takes only a couple of minutes to apply). You can apply in three budget categories: 500.000 to 2.000.000 euro, or 2.000.000 to 5.000.000 euro, or 5.000.000 to 10.000.000 euro. If your initiative is approved, there are two more writing stages of your proposal to get trough.
NWA also opened up a new call for small projects, Kleine Projecten regeling. It is possible to apply for a small (interdisciplinary) science project of max. 50k euro. Think of projects like: citizen science/kennislabs/proeftuinen/living labs/fieldlabs.
According to NWA regulations, applications for these special funds first need to be approved by the route management, which in this case means Stan Bentvelsen (“routetrekker”) and Klaas Landsman (“boegbeeld”).
A final ‘go’ however comes from an NWO commission board and the Board of Directors van NWO.
See all the application details in the previous link. In case you are interested to apply, please contact Maureen Voestermans, firstname.lastname@example.org; I can provide more detailed information, help with the application and get you in contact with the route management.
